EMDR therapy is one of the most powerful tools I use to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and painful life experiences. What makes EMDR so meaningful to me is watching people release years of emotional weight and finally step into the version of themselves they’ve been trying to reach for so long.
Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind, it lives in the body. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or “active.” Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control of their lives after our sessions. Seeing that transformation is why I am so passionate about this work.
I combine EMDR with somatic experiencing, grounding skills, attachment work, and nervous system regulation. I believe healing has to be holistic and safe, and EMDR allows us to gently access what has been stuck and give it space to shift.
If you’re curious about whether EMDR can help you, you’re not alone. I’m here to guide you, at your pace, with compassion and intention.
Ground. Process. Heal.
This is the heart of my work — and the promise of EMDR.
