Here to Support You Every Step of the Way
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, or simply navigating life’s transitions, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. For children and teens, these challenges may show up as difficulty managing emotions, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, or struggles with family and peer relationships.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know that you are supported without judgment. My counseling style is compassionate, empathetic and solution focused. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical solutions. Therapy isn’t about always having the answers; it is about discovering what works best for you and finding a path forward.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I want my clients to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the possibilities ahead.
Experience
With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field working with individuals, couples and families, I bring a combination of clinical expertise, compassion and genuine passion for helping others.
I hold a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, which has further strengthened my understanding of family dynamics, relationships, and the emotional and behavioral challenges individuals and families face.
Throughout my career, I have held clinical leadership positions, including Clinical Director and Program Supervisor. These roles have allowed me to work with individuals and families facing complex challenges while also supporting and mentoring other mental health professionals.
These experiences have reinforced my belief that the relationship between the therapist and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. Building trust, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment, and helping people feel genuinely understood, respected, and encouraged to grow are at the heart of my work.

More Than Work
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family. Family is incredibly important to me, and I value the time we spend together creating memories. I also love going to the beach, watching sports, cooking and exercising. I believe that maintaining balance, staying active, and enjoying life’s simple moments are an important part of overall well-being.
