Supporting Children, Teens & Adults

Here to Support You Every Step of the Way

Many individuals and families come to therapy feeling overwhelmed whether by anxiety, depression, or, for children, behavioral and emotional challenges that are affecting home, school, or relationships. These struggles can lead to frustration, disconnection, and a sense that daily life is becoming increasingly unmanageable. Parents often feel unsure of how to help, and children may feel misunderstood or unable to express what they need.

My therapeutic approach is flexible, integrative, and tailored to each client’s unique story. I draw from a psychodynamic foundation to promote self-awareness and insight, helping clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotions and relationships. I also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy techniques when working with children. These methods support emotional regulation, problem-solving, and movement toward practical, solution-focused change.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where you or your child can feel seen, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

Experience

I am a master’s-level social worker and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (MSW). I practiced as a licensed social worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania for seven years in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings, where I supported individuals and families facing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

For the past 15 years, I have also worked in a school setting, applying my clinical skills to help children navigate academic, emotional, and behavioral difficulties in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way.
